The Bride and Me

Dress from Yeko, a retail store in Starmall Alabang.
Shoes are a gift from my mom.
Freeway denim vest.

SM Accessories faux pearl and metal necklace.

If you' re not accustomed to the traditional province wedding,
I'll tell you how they go.

1. There is a custom of hanging bills on the bride and groom' s clothing while they are dancing.

2. There is a salu-salo style of dinner/ lunch at the reception.

3. There is a dancing part for the youth and the elders. The time for the elders is in the morning, while afternoon till late night for the youth.

4. The guests would give money to the bride and groom and are collected in a glass pitcher, then later tallied.

5. The bride would throw her bouquet backwards, and all the single ladies would try to catch it, and whoever catched it will get married next.
The same goes for the groom, the difference is that what he will throw is a garter (from the bride's leg) and the single men would be the ones who would try to catch it.

The lucky catchers haha!

To The Beach

My college friends and I had yet another adventure, this time its in Zambales. We went there to attend our classmate's wedding, and also to have fun.

Zambales is known for their fisheries, agriculture and their beaches, so we didn't let the opportunity to get to their beach be missed.

Pumo-pose sa van, thanks to my ever patient photographer Nats haha!

Nakakasilaw!

Nice one Chuckie haha!

We picked the resort named Bakasyunan, because it has swimming pools, recreational facilities and a wide beach area.

Top and Shorts from Yeko, a retail store in Starmall Alabang.

Fringe necklace from Greenhills

F & H Sunnies, a gift from my friend Kim. Jellybean dangling earrings.

The waves have not been calm because of the typhoon on the Southern region of our country (Visayas & Mindanao), but it made swimming in the waves more fun.

SM Department Store knitted cover-up, Shapes shorts.

We had a mini-game, we grouped ourselves into two groups and whichever finishes the obstacle course first, wins. Obviously our group won haha ehem!
Just kidding!
